Terms & Conditions

All lessons are to be paid in full on the 1st of the month in advance.

1-1 lessons are required to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or lesson is chargeable.

Parents must remain in the viewing area for the duration of there child's lesson.

No photos should be taken unless prior consent is given from management.

Payment is made to secure your space on the term, should the swimmer miss a lesson a catch up lesson can be be arranged subject to space available once per month any further lessons missed will be lost.

Any abusive or violent behavior towards members of staff, spectators or swimmers will result in the swimmer being removed from the term and police informed.

Cancellation of lessons, no refunds will be issued for cancelled lessons ,credits will be applied to accounts and held for 12months. In the event of a pool closure all accounts will be frozen until lessons resume.
